Winner, Cursor Hackathon Seoul Vol. 3

We won Cursor Hackathon Seoul Vol. 3 with OOOPS (OS Orchestrated Ops), a desktop tool that makes Skills, MCP servers, and SubAgents easier to manage, and won $2,000 in Cursor tokens.

OOOPS provides real-time visibility into agent threads, resource usage, and ports in one place. We built it with the OpenAI SDK, Rust, Tauri, and Cargo.

The hackathon reinforced three lessons: execution speed is the edge when everyone has access to the same AI, UI and UX still require a human eye, and AI-assisted development raises the bar for product quality.
